Once you have entered your zip code, you will then select from a variety of affordable electricity plans. Do I need to notify my current electricity provider to make the switch? Nope! When you switch to Value Power, we take care of everything on our end so that your switch is simple and seamless!
Will my electric service be interrupted when I switch? There will be no interruptions while switching your service. Since your electricity will continue to be delivered by the same local wires and poles company (TDSP), there will be no interruption when you switch.
How long will it take for my switch to go into effect? Switches generally happen in 3 days after the enrollment is received and approved. In certain rare cases, it may take up to 10 days. If you wish to switch on a specific date that is at least 3 days after your enrollment, you can also make that selection during the enrollment process.
